THOMASTON — The annual Kid’s Day event returns to Pope Memorial Humane Society.
Join Pope staff and volunteers as they celebrate Be Kind to Animals Week at Pope Memorial Humane Society on Saturday, May 7, rain or shine, from 12 p.m. – 3 p.m.
Kids will visit baby bunnies, chickens, a goat, and more. There will be various games, crafts, and activities to help homeless pets get adopted. Additionally, kids will make a craft with friends from the Rockland Public Library, have some fun with the Coastal Children’s Museum, and practice at the “Be A Vet Station.
